Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Victory Paddle! We are committed to getting your pickleball gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — FREE on orders over $50 | $4.99 for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $9.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $19.99
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
- Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days — Starting at $14.99
- Europe: 10–20 business days — Starting at $19.99
- Rest of the World: 14–25 business days — Starting at $24.99
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Victory Paddle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your email.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We package every order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Victory Paddle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@victorypaddle.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details on how to start a return.
